The “Your privacy” panel
On your first visit a panel with three items appears: needed to work, location and statistics. “Decline” and “Accept” are equally prominent, and you can change your choice at any time with “Privacy settings” in the footer.
Needed to work – always on
The copy of pages and the map for use without signal, the gear list, progress in the “Six bunkers” game and your choice in the panel (the “pj_consent” entry). They are stored only in your browser until you delete them and are not sent to anyone.
Location – when you need it
Only when you start navigation or “My location”. Your browser then asks for permission, and your position stays on your device.
Statistics – your choice
Only if you choose “Accept”: which routes and attractions you open, whether you download the GPX, save the map, start and finish navigation. This comes with a random identifier (the “marof_sesija” entry) that lasts only while the tab is open, and your country. No IP address and no position.
Counting visits
We count visits on the server, from the page request, with no script, no cookie and without storing your IP address, only as daily totals (page, language, device type, the website you came from). Nothing is stored on or read from your device for this, so we do not ask for consent. More in the privacy statement.
No advertising cookies
We do not use Google Analytics, the Meta pixel, advertising cookies or embedded social media content. You delete all entries by clearing the site data in your browser settings.
Route planner
The planner has the same panel and settings. While the website and the planner are on different addresses, the choice is set separately on each.
