Šic na bic

One of the best-known recreational bike rides in north-western Croatia, with a long tradition and an intriguing name that has become a symbol of Novi Marof.

Every year it brings together several hundred participants, and its forty or so kilometres always follow a different route. It is more of a sightseeing outing than a sporting event – and at the last rest stop there is always a get-together with food, drinks and entertainment.

Šic na bic also has a winter version, ridden on 31 December, finishing at the popular “New Year’s Eve at Noon” celebration.
